We are a company committed to the enforcement of awarded judicial judgments.  At Chase Judgment Recovery we accept judgments by Assignment ONLY!  The person holding the judgment (Judgment Creditor) contracts with Chase for the recovery of the judgment.

Our Cutting-Edge Technology Solution

In today's market 87% of court judicial judgments remain unpaid! Your judgment may have been awarded by the court but enforcement is your responsibility. At Chase, the solution is to offer state-of-the-art technology to enforce the judgment. Chase Judgment Recovery can succeed when you can't! We have the resources, expertise, and determination to enforce the judgment you worked so hard to get. We will conduct a thorough investigation to uncover any assets or sources of income, and take whatever steps are necessary to legally seize them! Since there are NO upfront costs to the client, we provide all of the administrative and processing court fees. Being committed to obtain the best and equivalent resources to locate where debtors work, bank, lodge and own property, we can efficiently utilize the legal system to enforce unpaid delinquent accounts.

Our proprietary system tracks the financial status of every debtor 24 hours a day. This includes when the debtor gets a job, applies for bank loans and mortgages, buy cars, cash checks and rent furniture. This critical information allows Chase Judgment Recovery to be first in line to garnish, seize, lien and levy assets to secure the debt.

We are a member of the National Judgment Network organization which allows us to have no boundaries from state-to-state including Canada! So if your debtor skips town we are able to track his every footprint.

Evaluating a Judgment

Any judgment submitted to Chase Judgment Recovery is evaluated individually. The criteria used for selecting a judgment are confidential, but the resources used include public records, internal records and verifications. Public records are searched for bankruptcies, judgments, liens and assets such as real property or business filings. Our internal records are checked to determine if there is any prior business history with the debtor.
